He tried to kill her. He failed. Now she’s sexier than ever. Award-winning comedian Mariah Girouard presents “Trauma Made Me Hot,” a one-woman comedy hour about murder, survival, and staying sexy despite all the sh** life throws at you. It’s less stand-up, more live memoir. A raw narrative about what happens when life gives you rotten lemons, and how not to drown in bittersweet lemonade. Think (kind of?) comedy on the edge of a true crime documentary. Because trauma doesn’t just leave scars; it chisels cheekbones and gives you a fierce personality to match.

Mariah won the Brighton Fringe Award for her split hour “In the Sh*t” (2023), was named Barcelona’s Funniest Comedian (2022), and was a Stand-Up Revolution finalist. She has also had the pleasure of supporting acts such as Michelle Wolf, Kyla Cobbler, Reece Kidd, and Seann Walsh.
